Apparel, drinkware, and headwear items are produced by a production partner in Michigan, currently under state-mandated lockdown. Orders for these items will still be accepted but will not enter production and shipping until the lockdown is lifted, tentatively scheduled for April 13.

You may cancel your order of Apparel, drinkware and headwear items up until the item enters production; at which point our regular return policy applies and orders cannot be cancelled once in production. You may refer to the full details of the return policy below.
All packages are sent using U.S.P.S. First Class Package service and include tracking for FREE. Tracking information is emailed automatically when your package ships. Packages are shipped in rigid stay-flat mailers to protect your gear. Other items that require padding, such as lapel pins, ship in padded envelopes for better protection.

Heavier packages will go up in price incrementally; the most accurate way to get an exact price on shipping is to fill your cart with everything you want to buy and then fill out your shipping information. You will be given your total, including shipping, before you pay.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are delivered via email, along with instructions on how to redeem it. No physical gift card is created or shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order?
For pins, patches, notebooks, and stickers, send an email to via the contact form any time before your order is shipped and request an order change or cancellation.
Shirts, hoodies, and hats are custom made-to-order and are put into production via an automated system immediately upon placing your order. To stop or cancel an order for these types of items, you must contact ShootFilmCo within one hour of placing your order on Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm Pacific time.

How do I order the correct size product?
We encourage our customers to look at the Sizing Chart section of every item they are thinking about purchasing. This is where you will find the “Manufacturer's Recommended Size Chart”. Specific sizing details are listed below the product image. To get the most accurate size, we recommend you find a similar product at home, and measure it in inches and match those measurements to the Manufacturer’s Recommended Size Chart. Unfortunately, every t-shirt maker in the world has some degree of manufacturing tolerance, which is to say, the distance in inches could have up to a 10% variation, plus or minus.
Is it safe to use my credit card on this site?
Absolutely. Your order is guaranteed 100% secure. All orders are encrypted with 128-bit SSL technology, and no credit card numbers are stored in the database. You can also check out with PayPal or Amazon Payments.
How long does shipping take?
For items such as patches, pins, notebooks, and stickers, shipping is generally 2-3 business days plus transit time upon placing your order. Delivery usually takes 2 - 8 business days and varies based on the delivery location in the Continental United States.
For shirts, hoodies, and hats, orders typically take 2 business days for production, but may take up to 5 business days, depending on the items, time of year, etc, plus transit time. After items are produced, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with tracking info. We ship via UPS Mail Innovations (a combined service offered by UPS & USPS). Delivery usually takes 2 – 8 business days (in addition to customization time) and varies based on the delivery location in the Continental United States.
What about Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages?
We will pay for any packages that are damaged or confirmed to be lost in transit by the postal service carrier. We carry no responsibility for your packages once delivery has been confirmed at your address by a time and date stamp provided by the postal service carrier. It is your responsibility to receive your packages at a secure location.
Further Notes About Shipping
- Transit times are based on guidelines as provided by USPS and UPS and are not guaranteed. Guaranteed services such as USPS Express and UPS Next Day Air are extremely expensive. The fine postal carriers do their best and outside of a few rare cases, orders arrive safe and on time.
- If you provide an incorrect address, your order will be shipped to the wrong place. Contact us if your address is incorrect, but once an order is shipped, there is no way to reroute it mid-transit.
- If you provide an incorrect email, you will not receive confirmation or tracking emails.
- If your email is correct and you are not receiving confirmation emails, check your junk folder.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee our product quality and workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will be replaced at no charge. Send a message via the contact form with details of your issue and we'll help you get your item replaced. Because each apparel item is custom made on-demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes, improper fit, color choices, etc. You are encouraged to look at the sizing charts provided for each item to determine if they will be a fit for you. How do you handle customs, duties, and taxes?
For those with shipping addresses outside the USA, customs fees, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipient’s (that's you!) responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You are advised to check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
